PRINTING

What Paper Do You Print On?

Our Giclée Fine Art Prints are printed with lightfast pigment ink on Ilford Galerie Prestige 310gsm Paper.

Our prints will last 100 years if looked after correctly.

Please keep your rolled prints wrapped in tissue paper until framed to avoid damage.

To keep prints in excellent condition:

  • Only handle by the edges
  • Avoid bending
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, humidity, and dust

We are not responsible for issues arising from mishandling.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Do you ship worldwide?

YES - we ship worldwide on prints.

NO - we currently do not ship worldwide for ceramics.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Tinker blue cannot be heard responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Orders lost or delayed due to address errors
  • Additional fees incurred as a result of incorrect details

International Orders

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges upon delivery. These charges are :

  • Not included in your order total or shipping cost
  • The responsibility of the customer

Tinker Blue is not responsible for any additional charges applied during transit.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Prints are print on demand and will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provided:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (including any visible damage)

Once assessed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged item.

Note:

  • We do not offer refunds for items damaged in transit
  • Replacements are provided for approved claims only
  • One off ceramic items are hand made and one of a kind and cannot be replaced with an exact replacement

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, Tinker Blue is not responsible for:

  • Shipping Carrier delays
  • External factors affecting delivery times

RETURNS

All Tinker Blue creations are one of a kind and hand made, therefore all sales are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully.

CERAMIC CARE

Tinker Blue ceramics are made using non toxic clays and food safe glazes. All items are microwave and dishwasher safe unless decorated with a gold lustre. However hand washing is recommended to look after the piece.

Tinker Blue ceramics are all handmade and hand painted from start to finish, therefore there will be slight differences and variations from piece to piece, no two items are exactly the same which adds to its uniqueness and individuality.
